Who are we?
DMB Property Services is a fully bilingual (English-Spanish) team with over 15 years of property management experience in South Florida, Orlando, and Argentina. With real estate and community association manager licenses, we provide comprehensive property management services so your property investments can be easy, passive income.
What are our fees?
We offer two levels of management. Our complete service package is 9.5% of the monthly rent amount, and our premium package is 15%.
We also offer a discount for multiple properties.
